Our commitment to your satisfaction begins the moment you place your Bosski order.  We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. If you’re not satisfied with the performance of a Bosski product, please return it to us for assessment.

Special Considerations

•If the Bosski order you received was incorrect, call or email us and we’ll send you the correct item right away.
•If your purchase was damaged in shipping. Please save the original item and its packaging.
•Contact Bosski before returning any item so we can issue a return authorization number.  Some items require special handling due to thier size.

Returning or Exchanging Your Bosski Purchase

  1. Call or e-mail Bosski to request a return authorization number.
  2. Package your return item along with the authorization and a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
  3. Please remember to remove or mark out any old shipping labels on the box.
  4. We’ll let you know when your package arrives. Thanks!
